WhatsApp is intended for notifications, service updates, reminders and customer communications for recipients who have explicitly opted in.
The platform is not intended for unsolicited messaging.
Consent & Opt-In
Recipients must provide consent before becoming eligible for messaging. Eligibility is checked before campaign processing.
Opt-Out & Suppression
Recipients can request to stop communications. Opted-out recipients are excluded from future messaging.
Privacy & Security
Administrative access is restricted and customer contact information is used only for legitimate messaging operations and application functionality.
